Who Needs the Movies When You Have the Law

It’s hard to remember where the last post left off, or even what day it is at this point — so much has transpired this weekend in the AMC case, and I’ve been ingesting so much of the information today that has been made available, but let me give you the tl;dr for now, even though that’s really not my thing.

If you want all the nitty gritty, you can revisit all the gory details and link-outs from my previous posts about the unredacted complaint becoming available on Thursday, then the fight over access to discovery ramping up over the weekend, with an insane Friday night deadline the likes of which I’ve never seen before, topped off with some more rulings by the Court and questions from me for AMC’s webmaster.

And yet, there’s still more, including another ruling from the Court, and final details about how stockholders will be able to access discovery starting in … well, less than twelve hours from now.
