The Court Has Ruled, But Is It Really Over?
To be honest, I have no idea, because I’m sending this email before I read the opinion so that you can see the Opinion as soon as it comes out, the moment my Rube Goldberg website tracker notifies me that an AMC opinion has been posted to the Court’s website.

The Road goes ever on and on,
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
