It is paralyzing how much there is to say about what is going on at the Court of Chancery these days. There is absolutely too much to discuss, and being unwilling to dole it out in tiny bite-sized pieces on Twitter is crippling, particularly when the alternatives are to piece it out gently to a much tamer crowd on Mastodon (not a bad alternative, but in progress), or to crush your inboxes here with alerts in what was clearly a forum intended for longer form work (not a good alternative with my current workflow, but we are making progress on ways to render it useable and useful).
