Twitter v. Musk: Tuesday's Omnibus Hearing
What's up, when is it happening, and how can you follow along?
On Tuesday, September 27th starting at 1:30pm Eastern, there will be an omnibus oral argument on eight outstanding discovery issues. The hearing will last until 4:45pm Eastern, with ninety minutes for each side, and a 15-minute break in between the two 90-minute sessions.
