Am I the only person who noticed that the email from E-Trade reads “if you transacted on or held this security between 2023-07-14 and 2023-07-14”? 🤦♂️
What do you expect from a judicial system that can’t be bothered to (1) tell a person why their papers were rejected for filing or (2) note on the docket that the papers were received but rejected for filing?
My knowledge of class action procedure is a non-zero value, but awfully close to zero. Thus, I ask, perhaps rhetorically, what’s the almighty rush for? And filing the brief under seal just looks like someone was trying to be cute. I resist the temptation to further inveigh against the absurdities identified by Chance, not because I’m angling for sainthood, but because I want to read the papers filed today in the Georgia election interference prosecution.
